With the demand for ‘middle-skill’ technical workers at an all time high, a Technical College in Georgia set an aggressive goal of increasing their year over year enrollment by 3% for the upcoming academic year.
The CoxNext team knew to reach the college’s ideal candidates, the plan would need to put a heavy emphasis on display and social media.
