The Senior Media Strategist will serve as a lead for advanced digital platforms to drive media strategies. This person will be involved with strategic pre-planning, campaign architecture, fulfillment onboarding and post campaign insights with a focus on our top clients. The position will be the sales team’s main point of contact for specific platforms and includes vendor collaboration. The SMS will provide platform training and platform updates in the advanced digital marketing landscape for both the media strategy team and sales account team.
This role supports our digital sales marketing programs with innovative thinking and passion for performance. The Digital Sales Strategist will proactively develop strategic campaign proposals and scopes of work for current and prospective clients, support inbound business development and RFPs and attend account meetings as needed. In addition, this role is responsible for generating revenue, shortening the sales cycle and identifying opportunities across the entire digital product portfolio. The position will create strategic proposals for all sellers and present on all new business presentations. The position will collaborate with the Senior Sales Strategist and Sales Management to develop and implement digital sales training.
As a key member of the Client Success Team, the CSS will manage post sales responsibilities for assigned accounts. This individual is responsible for building advertiser relationships while working in a collaborative sales environment. This person will be the point of contact for assigned clients and handle all requests. This CSS is tasked with the coordination and collection of all necessary information related to campaign launch, alignment with client goals, campaign reporting and presenting. The role will coordinate internally with their manager, account executives, media buying teams and order entry teams. The individual will be accountable for the account and focus on the success of the client’s campaign, identifying opportunities for upsell and retention of the revenue. This individual will be well versed in all digital products and manage up to $5M in revenue. As needed, this role will assist in pre-sales activities that include compiling research, presentation development and participation.
The Graphic Designer will design, create and execute compelling creative such as digital ads, landing pages, print materials, PowerPoint presentations and other designs as needed. They will adapt to client’s guidelines to create consistent branding. They will meet with clients to discuss and identify their creative needs and attend brainstorming sessions and offer compelling ideas. The Graphic designer will work as part of a team and display a solutions-focused, customer service approach. The graphic designer will support pre-sale needs (assists with research gathering, in-house art design and speculative art requests, etc.), troubleshoot advertising delivery and technical issues, as well as QA, AB testing and optimization.
